Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Administrator

DESCRIPTION:

This position requires extensive experience managing and performing administration of the Adobe Experience Manager Product in either an on-premise environment or in the cloud. Responsibilities include maintenance of the Content Management System templates, utilized by customers for content input and maintenance. You will administer components, templates, dialogs, and workflows using the AEM architecture. You will need a solid knowledge of Jenkins continuous integration, along with experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, Java, web APIs, and Python. You will be working with our client to develop cloud based external analytics systems. You will be diagnosing and solving technical problems related to content management such as search result accuracy, dynamic content linking, formatting, image scaling, internationalization, and personalization. As a part of a team you will work in an agile, rapid development and prototyping environment, and be required to translate business requirements into AEM specific specifications.

You will work with other software engineers to investigate problems for both AEM and Dispatcher on Apache web server, develop monitoring and performance metrics for AEM platform, automate deployment and management of AEM services and contribute to the evolving architecture of our services to meet changing requirements for scaling, reliability, performance, manageability, and price. You are responsible for documenting designs and developing procedures for building and managing the AEM environment. Participate in on-call production support rotation. Adobe Experience Manager system administration and configuration.

With extensive knowledge of software and more specifically the effective administration of Content Management Systems, the ideal candidate, will have demonstrated excellent time management skills, a strong understanding of CMS and an affinity for useability. In this position the candidate will be responsible for ensuring the design of high performance applications and providing support of a site visited over 4 billion times per year. In addition, an understanding of the entire web development process, including design, development and deployment, with some back-end systems interface knowledge, is important.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
5+ years of demonstrated experience providing administration and maintaining content management systems supporting web-based solutions.
At least 3 years of demonstrated experience as a manager and administrator of an enterprise level Adobe Experience Manager implementation.
Demonstrated proficiency in HTML, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, XML, Java and WebAPIs.
3 years or more demonstrated experience with Python, cloud-based development of external analytics systems, AEM performance tuning, and AEM troubleshooting, including troubleshooting of Dispatcher on Apache web servers.

Experience with requirements, analysis, design and engineering IT Service Management software solutions and self-service catalogs and portals that have intricate theming and branding, internal and external interfaces, service workflow automation and integrated collaboration. Operations Manager - Cybersecurity

Monitors the Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) system (Remedy) ticketing system to ensure all cybersecurity tickets are acknowledged, assigned and resolved in a timely fashion. Assists with the tracking and processing of requests for modification (RFM), web assessments, whitelist, blacklist, and all other tasks processed by cybersecurity. POSITION DESCRIPTION:

This position is responsible for maintaining websites and servers for our client. You will work closely with web professionals to design and maintain websites, manage and monitor performance, configure and optimize web servers, upload and update web pages, and ensure systems and software are functioning correctly. You will work as a team member and must understand NIST Risk Management Framework (RMF) based information security requirements. The Webmaster will also be responsible for design, development, and implementation of software packages for websites. This position will troubleshoot, debug, and implement software code using a variety of latest coding web-based languages and be responsible for maintenance of the development and test server environments (patching, upgrades, etc.).

As the Webmaster, you will be responsible for monitoring daily backup and recovery processes for all public, hybrid and premise-based servers supporting our clients websites by following established standard operating procedures. You will be required to report the status (success/failure/plan to resolve failure) of resources to client leadership daily. As a part of a team, you are responsible for installing new Linux OS releases, configuration, upgrades, patches, and securing servers in accordance with client and NIST policies and procedures.
